+ DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Deposits are a mandatory payment upon booking any service. They are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be held as a credit on your account – this can be used towards any future service that you book in. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

+ DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?

If you are a new client to the salon, we will require you to come in for a free consultation. Consultations are compulsory, If you have booked online and have not yet attended a consultation, we will be unable to accept and confirm your booking. Failure to attend a consultation, without communication and suitable reasoning, will result in the cancellation of your booking, and any online deposit will be forfeited.

+ HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

+ WILL I GET MY DESIRED COLOUR ON THE FIRST SESSION?

Please note that it may require more than one visit to achieve your desired colour. Some colours are not achievable on all hair types. Your stylist will inform and guide you as to what is achievable in your consultation.

After care of your hair will be will be required at home to maintain the desired colour you have chosen, Mane Painters will provide you with information and products to purchase to maintain your hair at home, we will not accept any responsibility for any damages, loss of colour or correction if you choose to use your aftercare otherwise.

+ IF I BOOK ONLINE, IS IT AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED?

All online bookings are subject to our approval. Your appointment is not secured until we have messaged you to confirm the booking. If you are a new client, we will require you to come in for a consultation before we can accept your booking. In the event that your chosen time or date is unavailable, there is an issue with the allocated time frame or your service, or we're fully booked, we will contact you to reschedule the booking. If none of our available times suit you, we can issue a refund of your deposit.

+ WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment please contact the salon. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to alter the booking based upon the remaining time available – for example, if you had booked in for a full head of foils and you are running late, your stylist may only be able to do a half head of foils. We do this to ensure we are on time for our next client.
